Get your wok hot and add olive oil, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Grass & Onion and saute until onion has softened.
Add your capsicum, tomato & Chill and saute for 4-5 mins until everything softens and comes together
Add passata and stir.
Add chilli sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil & palm sugar and stir.
Crack crab shell and put into wok - simmer for 7-8 mins until thickened.
Serve with your choice of pasta or rice - ENJOY!
